The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we will be organising the MATTA FAIR® MARCH 2016 at thePutra World Trade Center (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur from 11-13 MARCH 2016. This will be the 41st edition of MATTA FAIR® to be held in Kuala Lumpur. The halls available for MATTA FAIR® March 2016 will comprise ofHalls 4, 3, 2, 1, 1M & Linkway of PWTC with 1241 booths available.

Selection of booths will be on balloting basis and priority is based on the week in which full payment is received by MATTA HQ Secretariat Office, Fraser Business Park, Kuala Lumpur.

10.00AM at MATTA HQ Secretariat Office

Checklist for Registration:

• Duly completed Booking Form
• Full Payment (booth rental, booking fee & security deposit & GST)
• Copy of KPL/KPK License
• Bank Details for Security Deposit Refund

All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, Malaysia upon registration. Failure to do so will result in your registration form not being accepted.

Kindly note that we are releasing an updated version of the Rules & Regulation for your action as below :

• Shell Scheme booths - Exhibitors who have registered and paid for standard shell scheme booths are STRICTLY not allowed to change to space-only booths area during the Fair. (Please refer to 'Section 3.1 - Booth Configurations', page 2 for more details)
  
  
• Perimeter booths in Hall 1 & Hall 2 are not allowed to be selected by Premium Exhibitors. (Please refer to 'Section 3.4 - Premium Areas', page 4 for more details)
  
  
• GST payment is applicable for all exhibitors under all categories

For Premium Booths, Exhibitors must book in blocks of 10, 20 or 24  booths to bid for Premium Areas in Hall 1 and 2; and is subject to availability of the booths. (Please refer to 'Section 3.4.1 – Hall 1 & 2 Premium Areas', page 4 for more details).

All Exhibitors are requested to read and understand the updated Rules & Regulations of the MATTA Fair March 2016.
