Dear Members,
The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organizing the MATTA FAIR® 1-3 MAY 2020 at the World Trade Centre (WTC), Kuala Lumpur. This will be the 49th edition of MATTA FAIR® to be held in Kuala Lumpur. The halls available for MATTA FAIR® May 2020 will comprise of Hall 1, 1M, 2, Linkway, 3, 4, 5 and 5 Foyer of WTC with 1396 booths available.
Please be informed and to take note of the following registration system:
- There is NO MORE manual registration. Registration is by ONLINE ONLY.
- Registration of exhibitors for all halls on the registration day will be by the sequence of the registration number generated once online registration is completed by the company/organization.
- The MATTA HQ Secretariat Office in Kuala Lumpur will begin accepting MATTA FAIR® Registration Form submitted via online starting from Thursday, 19 December 2019, 10.00am until Friday, 20 December 2019, 5.00pm which then will be pooled together in Group 1 exhibitors. Even though exhibitors have registered, kindly be reminded that booths are NOT guaranteed but subject to availability of booths in each hall.
- Registration Forms received from Friday, 20 December 2019, 5:01pm onwards will be pooled together in Group 2.
- Selection of booth’s location will be on balloting basis according to a Registration number given during the online registration. The date for selection of booth location to be held at MATTA HQ Secretariat Office, Fraser Business Park, Kuala Lumpur, will be advised later.

All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia. The license validity must cover through the period of the MATTA Fair® 1 - 3 May 2020.
KINDLY PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING SALIENT RULES & REGULATIONS, FOR YOUR ATTENTION :
- BOOTH RATES AND SECURITY DEPOSITS (FULLY REFUNDABLE) VARY ACCORDING TO THE CATEGORY YOU ARE REGISTERED AS BELOW. PLEASE TAKE NOTE ON THE INCREASE IN BOOTH RATES FOR CATEGORY B, C AND HALL 1M.
- EXHIBITORS UNDER CATEGORY A, B AND C ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- EXHIBITORS CAN ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE (1) HALL IN INTERNATIONAL HALLS - EITHER IN HALL 1, HALL 2, HALL 3 OR LINKWAY.
- EXHIBITORS CAN ONLY REGISTER FOR ONE (1) HALL IN DOMESTIC HALLS - EITHER IN HALL 4, HALL 5 OR HALL 5 FOYER.
- EXHIBITORS IN HALL 1M CAN TAKE UP A MAXIMUM OF 6 BOOTHS ONLY.
- EXHIBITORS IN HALL 3 CAN TAKE UP A MAXIMUM OF 4 BOOTHS ONLY.
- BALLOTING AND SELECTION OF LOCATION OF BOOTH WILL BE HELD AT MATTA HQ OFFICE, KUALA LUMPUR ON A DATE AND TIME TO BE ADVISED LATER.
- The OFFICIAL REGISTERED NAME with MATTA Fair® must be at a minimum size of 21 cm (8 inches) and prominently displayed at all times at all sides of booths/open space during the Fair.
- No helium balloons are allowed in all Halls.
- EXHIBITORS SELLING AIR TICKETS and/or THEME PARKS ENTRANCE TICKETS must provide enough space for customers to line up within their booth/space area without blocking the passageway, and the neighboring booth.
- All booths MUST BE carpeted. Do not use any shade of red colour carpet as all walkway carpet will be red in colour.
- No sale of any kind of outside food and beverages.
All Exhibitors are requested to read and understand the updated Rules & Regulations of the MATTA Fair® 1-3 May 2020.
