Dear Members,

The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organizing the MATTA FAIR® 20-21 NOVEMBER 2021 at the WORLD TRADE CENTRE (WTC), KUALA LUMPUR (WTC KL, formerly known as PWTC KL).
 
MATTA Fair is a travel consumers fair where the exhibitors are MATTA members of travel agents / tour operators and hotels, airlines, attractions, theme parks and other tourism suppliers, selling directly to consumers.
 
This MATTA FAIR® November 2021 is planned, organized and prepared to be a physical/in person Fair, subject to the situation during the material time. In the event that the government does not allow it to be held or due to other reasons beyond the control of the Organiser, it will be cancelled. With the aggressive vaccination roll out for the people now and the start of easing of restrictions under the National Recovery Plan, we hope that this MATTA FAIR® can and will take place.

Please be informed and to take note of the following registration system:

1. Registration is by ONLINE ONLY.
     
2. Registration of exhibitors on the registration day will be by the sequence of the registration number generated once online registration is completed by the company/organization.
     
3. The MATTA HQ Secretariat Office in Kuala Lumpur will begin accepting MATTA FAIR® Registration Form submitted via online starting from Monday, 14 September 2021, 10.00am until all booths taken up. Even though exhibitors have registered, exhibit companies are reminded that booths are NOT guaranteed but subject to availability of booths in the hall.
     
4. Assignment of booth’s location will be done via online.
     
5. The date for the assignment of booth’s location will be advised later.
     
6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or shorten the MATTA FAIR® in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond the control of the Organiser.
     
7. If the Fair is cancelled, then all payments made to MICEM SDN BHD shall be refunded. No other claims or compensation will be entertained

All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia. The license validity must cover through the period of the MATTA FAIR® 20-21 November 2021.

All Exhibitors are requested to read and understand the updated Rules & Regulations of the MATTA FAIR® 20-21 November 2021.
