Dear Members,


The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents, MATTA is pleased to inform that we are organising the MATTA FAIR® 6 - 8 September 2019 at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), Kuala Lumpur. This will be the 48th edition of MATTA FAIR® to be held in Kuala Lumpur. The halls available for MATTA FAIR® September 2019 will comprise of Halls 1, 1M, 2, Linkway, 3, 4, 5 and 5 Foyer of PWTC with 1369 booths available.

Please be informed and to take note of the following new registration system for this MATTA Fair onwards:

We will not accept registration should you come to register for a different Hall on the wrong date.
Please be informed and to take note of the following:
  1. There is NO MORE manual registration. Registration is by ONLINE ONLY.

  2. Registration of exhibitors for all halls on the registration day will be by the sequence of the registration number generated once online registration is completed by the company/organization.

  3. The MATTA HQ Secretariat Office in Kuala Lumpur will begin accepting MATTA FAIR® Registration Form submitted via online starting from Tuesday, 25 June 2019, 10.00am until, Thursday, 27 June 2019, 5.00pm which then will be pooled together in Group 1 exhibitors. Even though exhibitors have registered, kindly be reminded that booths are NOT guaranteed but subject to availability of booths in each hall.

  4. Registration Forms received after Thursday, 27 June 2019, 5:00pm onwards will be pooled together in Group 2.

  5. Total payment to be paid will be advised to those successful exhibitors for balloting and selection of booths. Payment must be made before balloting and selection of booths.

  6. Selection of booth’s location will be on balloting basis according to the Registration number given during the online registration. The date for selection of booth location to be held at MATTA HQ Secretariat Office, Fraser Business Park, Kuala Lumpur, which sate to be advised later.

All travel agents / tour operators MUST submit a copy of their company's valid license issued by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Malaysia during the registration through the period of MATTA Fair. Failure to do so will result in your registration form not being accepted. The license validity must cover through the period of the MATTA Fair® 6-8 September 2019.

Kindly pay special attention to the following salient Rules & Regulation, for your attention:-


  • EXHIBITORS CAN TAKE ONE (1) LOCATION ONLY IN INTERNATIONAL HALLS - EITHER IN HALL 1, HALL 2, HALL 3 OR LINKWAY.

  • EXHIBITORS CAN TAKE ONE (1) LOCATION ONLY IN DOMESTIC HALLS - EITHER IN HALL 4, HALL 5 OR HALL 5 FOYER.

  • BOOTH BALLOTING AND SELECTION OF LOCATION WILL BE HELD AT MATTA HQ OFFICE, KUALA LUMPUR ON A DATE AND TIME TO BE ADVISED.

  • The OFFICIAL REGISTERED NAME with MATTA Fair® must be at a minimum size of 8 inches and prominently displayed at all times at all corners and all booth sides.

  • Exhibitors in Hall 3 can take up a MAXIMUM of 4 booths only.

  • No helium balloons are allowed in all Halls.

  • EXHIBITORS SELLING AIR TICKETS and/or THEME PARKS ENTRANCE TICKETS must provide enough space for customers to line up within their booth/space area without blocking the passageway.

  • All booths MUST BE carpeted. Do not use any shade of red colour carpet as all walkway carpet will be red in colour.

  • No sale of any kind of food and beverages.
